Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
